Take That Smoker's Hack Seriously Empty

Smoker’s “Cough” or the “Smoker’s Hack” is nothing to sneeze about or ignore.
People who smoke, or those who live with them, expect themselves or their loved ones and companions to experience long and longer “colds” than non-smokers have. Smokers can be expected as well to routinely have shortness of breath and bouts of coughing.
However watch out. What most people consider run of the mill and almost to be expected with smokers and those who smoke, such evident symptoms can be clues and cues that something much worse is going on and developing. These apparent symptoms exhibited commonly with smokers may indicate that the smoker may have much more serious breathing (pulmonary) problems than might be thought. They may well have by now Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (C.O.P.D.). C.O.P.D. Is also now known and commonly referred to in the health, medical and lung trade as C.O.L.D. (Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease) , which makes sense as it not only the pulmonary or breathing system that is impaired but specifically the body’s organ of the lungs themselves.
C.O.P.D. (Chronic obstructive lung disease) , can be said to be a disease in which enough of the lung has been irritated for so long and damaged that it has resulted in tight and tightened airways of the lung resulting in blockages of the pipes and airways of the lungs themselves. Thus with damaged lung in which the airways of the lung are partially closed and have very little space for air to pass by. Hence it is no surprise that the person with C.O.P.D. (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary or Lung Disease) , has great trouble breathing and is many times short of breath so much so that what they used to do easily enough , they can only do with great difficulty , huffing and puffing away. You yourself know that with a garden hose, just by stepping on the hose, and making the radius (the inside area) of the garden hose smaller, the flow of water really slows down. It’s the same with those with damaged lungs who are suffering from C.O.P.D. The pipes of their lungs are restricted and have smaller spaces to flow through. Air flow is greatly reduced so much so that the person becomes short of breath on minor exertion. On top of that the damaged lungs are easily irritated and spew out mucous, which only results in more blockage and less air flow to give the person with C.O.P.D. adequate oxygen and oxygenation to the hemoglobin in their blood and bloodstream. So much for being to live an ordinary life and get around with standard day to day tasks for the C.O.P.D. Or C.O.L.D. patient and sufferer.
What can be done to prevent C.O.P.D. or prevent its progress? First of all eerily detection is key. The earlier C.O.P.D. is detected the earlier the better the chance of stopping its progress and development into something a lot worse for the poor person and potential victim and suffer of C.O.P.D.
Don’t ignore that cough or “Smoker’s Hack”. Visit your doctor or local health care clinic to have it “checked out”. On top of that it’s never a bad time to try to quit smoking – yet again.
